SENIOR PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY - MADELEINE - GLASCO HIGH SCHOOL, GLASCO, KANSAS

Since I moved out of home in 2017 to go to college, I've lived over 6+ hours away. It's been over seven years now, and yet I still call my family farm and hometown "home." It simply wouldn't feel right to call it anything else. I have a large sense of pride in where I grew up, and this senior portrait session I had with Madeleine reminded me a lot of it. We started at her family farm where they raise goats (you can see some of the furry friends featured in the first photo) then traveled to a nearby dirt road to highlight her involvement in dance over the years. It is so beyond special to know Madeleine held these aspects of her life to high importance and wanted to make sure they were documented with her while capturing the essence of her senior year. We were accompanied by a beautiful summer day. The tree's leaves were rustling, the sun was glowing gold, and the weather was the perfection you think about when dreaming of a midwestern summer evening. So many things worked in our favor to make this such a memorable session.
