TRAVEL FEES


From, Rayna charges the standard IRS mileage rate of $00.65/mi starting after a 20 mile radius from Grand Haven, MI.

Lodging is required to be purchased when coverage extends equal to or longer than eleven consecutive hours of transportation + photography coverage combined.​

A flight can be provided vs. driving. If taking this route, the mileage fee will be waived, rather a full reimbursement for the plane ticket and ground transportation will be required.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with your signed contract to confirm and hold the date of your event. This deposit also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due a week before your event.
